At SamTech Auto, we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. However, we understand that there may be cases where returns or refunds are necessary. This policy outlines the conditions under which we accept returns and issue refunds.
1. Introduction
We value your trust in SamTech Auto. While our goal is to deliver quality auto parts and accessories, we acknowledge that issues may arise. This Returns & Refund Policy covers how returns are handled, the eligibility criteria, and the process for refunds.
2. Return Period and Conditions
We offer a 15-day return period from the date of delivery, under the following conditions:

✅ Returned items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and include all accessories or documentation originally provided.
3. Items That Cannot Be Returned
We do not accept returns of the following:
- Electrical or electronic items that were installed unless defective.
- Custom-made or configured orders, such as parts specifically requested for modifications.
- Items damaged after delivery due to incorrect installation or handling.
- Used items, unless the defect occurred under normal usage within the return period and is not caused by misuse.
- Consumables (e.g. oils, filters) once opened, unless proven defective.
4. Packaging & Return Condition
When returning any item:
- Must be returned in original packaging.
- Must include all tags, manuals, and parts.
- Return is at your responsibility until received and inspected.
- Any personal data or account associations on returned electronics must be cleared beforehand.
5. Refunds
If your return is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
- If the return is due to SamTech Auto’s error (e.g. wrong, defective, or damaged item), we will refund the full item price and delivery cost.
- If the return is not due to an error on our part (e.g. you changed your mind), delivery fees are not refundable.
Refunds will be made via M-Pesa or bank transfer, as selected in the return request form.
6. Rejected Returns & Forfeiture
If a return is rejected:
- You will be notified and we will attempt re-delivery up to 2 times within 7 working days.
- If delivery fails both times, we will hold the item for 30 days. If uncollected, the item will be forfeited and disposed of appropriately (e.g. donation or recycling).
7. No Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you require a different part, size, or variation, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
