Parcel Order Terms

Order request
Your submission is an order request, not a final invoice. We confirm product availability, quantities and pricing with you.
Payment
No payment is required when submitting the request. Payment is made after the parcel has been booked and the transport booking has been confirmed.
Transport
Depending on the destination, we may use a matatu, shuttle, bus or courier service travelling to your route.
Booking confirmation
We provide the relevant booking, waybill or transport confirmation before requesting payment.
Customer details
Please provide an accurate phone number, destination and product information so we can process your request correctly.
Transport charges
Transport charges are separate unless otherwise agreed. Where applicable, they are paid according to the transport operator's charges and procedures.
